Note

• Reservations are made on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Reservations should be made by sending the Reservation Form to the Secretariat on-line or via e-mail: veevee AT gate.sinica.edu.tw
• Reservations should be completed with valid credit card information.
• Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing to the Secretariat. Email: veevee AT gate.sinica.edu.tw by 11 September 2009. For any no-show case, a fee equal to one-night room rate will be charged.
• Guest House of Academia Sinica only accepts NT dollars and can only provide very limited foreign exchange service (only US dollars to NT dollars). Please note that the amount of foreign exchange is not guaranteed. Therefore, it is highly recommended to exchange enough NT dollars in Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TTY).
• Free wireless and broadband Internet accesses available at Academia Sinica Guest House and City Lake Hotel.

How to get to Guest House of Academia Sinica from the TTY International Airport

Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport is located in Taoyuan County approximately 40 kilometers from downtown Taipei. It takes around an hour by car from TTY International Airport to the Academia Sinica.
